Beyond the Ordinary: The Real-Life Adventures in The Trek Continues

Q. Can you tell us about The Trek Continues from Your point of view?

This is a collection of true stories drawn from eighty years of life, love and adventure.

Q. Where did you find your inspiration for this second book?

I couldn’t stop writing stories. They just kept piling up, so that became book two.

Q. How is The Trek Continues different from other books in the same genre?

These are independent true stories. They are not in time sequence and may be read in any order.

Q. What’s one thing readers should know before they start reading your book?

The stories are meant to entertain, and perhaps give helpful insights.

Q. What do you hope will be the everlasting thoughts for readers after finishing your The Trek Continues?

The books introduce extraordinary individuals that people should get to know.

Q. If people can only buy one book this month, why should it be yours?

The reader will gain insights into people, activities and parts of the world that are out of the ordinary.

Q. What is your favorite passage from this book?

Have you ever heard a scream? I don’t mean a fake Hollywood movie scream. I mean the real thing — a blood curdling, hair raising, gut twisting howl of astonishment and terror. Well, I have. I heard it late one night on a distant island.

Q. What was your favorite experience while writing your book/s?

With each story, when I came to its end I knew when to stop, and that it was done well

Q. Do you have other books in the works?

Yes. The third book of what is now a trilogy is finished in draft form. Edit begins next year.
