Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in management and homeland security at Colorado Technical University. Paulino holds a master’s degree in law and policy from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Colorado. Lastly, he has an associate of applied science degree in homeland security and emergency management.
